Discover The Future Work Landscape at IHRS 2023

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – The Upstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Task Force (SKK Migas) in collaboration with 3 (three) oil and gas companies (KKKS) namely PT Pertamina Exploration Production (Pertamina EP), Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited, Eni Muara Bakau B.V. and supported by PT Multi Taruna Sejati, will conduct the Indonesia Human Resources Summit (IHRS) on 19-20 June 2023 at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center. 

IHRS is the most prestigious annual conference on human resources in Indonesia and ASEAN which has been held for more than a decade since 2009 and this year is the 13th IHRS.

Embracing the theme “Redefining Human Capital: Inspiring People to Take Action”, this year's IHRS participants will have the opportunity to explore trends, new technologies, and key strategies across the rapidly changing human resources spaces. One of them is how to get the best talent. Nowadays companies face new pressures, priorities, and challenges when attracting and recruiting talent.

There are number of things that must be done by HR officers in recruiting employees, including selecting and administratively verifying information on a prospective employee, becoming a bridge between prospective employees and users in the company, and providing important information for prospective employees before joining the company.

This requires experience, tips, special tricks, and skills that can be learned while recruiting. These skills can be obtained by participating in IHRS 2023. Why? Because IHRS 2023 presents experienced presenters and experts in their fields who will share experiences, insights, and views on certain topics. "One of the topics is regarding the HR Strategy Roadmap to Win Talent War & Talent Development," said IHRS 2023 Chairwoman, Mira Tripuspita.
