IDSurvey Group Strengthens Global Network through TIC Summit and Strategic International Collaboration
IDSurvey Group reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening Indonesia’s position within the global assurance ecosystem through the participation of PT Surveyor Indonesia
JAKARTA - IDSurvey Group reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening Indonesia’s position within the global assurance ecosystem through the participation of PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) at the TIC Summit 2026, organized by the TIC Council in Brussels, Belgium.
The annual summit serves as a prominent international forum that convenes industry leaders, regulators, and global companies in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) sector to address a range of strategic issues, including industrial transformation, trade regulation harmonization, sustainability assurance, energy transition, and the advancement of global standards.
The TIC Council is an international association representing more than 100 TIC companies worldwide and plays a critical role in promoting standard harmonization, compliance, sustainability, and trusted assurance practices in international trade. Membership within the TIC Council is widely regarded as a global recognition of a TIC company’s reputation, capability, and international connectivity.
This year’s summit also marked an important milestone for the organization with the election process for a new TIC Council President, reflecting the Council’s efforts to strengthen its strategic direction amid the evolving dynamics of the global TIC industry.
For IDSurvey Group, participation in the TIC Summit also forms part of Indonesia’s ongoing process toward full membership in the TIC Council.
Currently, IDSurvey Group is undergoing the membership process through the fulfillment of compliance requirements, implementation of compliance programs, and independent audit procedures, all of which are targeted for completion in 2026.
The presence of PT Surveyor Indonesia and IDSurvey as Indonesia’s representatives within the TIC Council is expected to reinforce the country’s standing in the international TIC industry.
Active participation in global forums such as the TIC Summit also provides broader opportunities for international networking, knowledge exchange, and strategic collaboration with leading TIC companies worldwide.
In line with this objective, PT Surveyor Indonesia signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Baltic Control Group under France-based Apave Group.
Founded in Denmark in 1980, Baltic Control is an international TIC company with operational networks spanning more than 50 countries.
The company has extensive expertise in inspection, testing, verification, certification, and consulting services across sectors including commodities trading, agriculture, energy, chemicals, logistics, and maritime transport.
Through the MoU, both parties agreed to explore potential cooperation in the fields of testing, inspection, certification, and consulting (TICC), particularly in supporting commodity trade and global supply chains.
The scope of collaboration includes the development of inspection and certification services, technical consulting, joint research and resource development initiatives, knowledge exchange, human capital competency enhancement, and the exploration of business opportunities in international markets.
The partnership represents a strategic step toward strengthening Indonesia’s assurance service connectivity with the global trade and supply chain ecosystem, particularly in Europe and other international markets that increasingly demand high standards of compliance, sustainability, and transparency.
“This collaboration marks a strategic step for PT Surveyor Indonesia in strengthening the connectivity of Indonesia’s assurance services with the global trade ecosystem. Through our synergy with Baltic Control and its international network, we expect this cooperation to create broader opportunities to enhance the competitiveness of Indonesian products and services in international markets, while also supporting the strengthening of national capabilities in testing, inspection, certification, and consulting,” said Euis Emalia Noor, Commercial and Operations Director of PT Surveyor Indonesia, Friday, 29/5/2026.
The collaboration is expected to further strengthen IDSurvey Group’s positioning within the international supply chain while opening wider opportunities for service development and global market expansion.
Participation in the TIC Summit and the strengthening of international partnerships reflect IDSurvey Group’s continued commitment to delivering trusted, competitive, and internationally recognized services in support of national industrial growth and Indonesia’s broader integration into the global market.
